Bailey Drone
Bailey is the worship leader at Red Hill Church, a Send Network Church plant in Edwardsville, IL. Bailey grew up in Harrisburg, IL where he began leading worship at First Baptist as a teenager and has a degree from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. Bailey began serving as an intern with Red Hill’s collegiate ministry and in the summer of 2019, he was brought on staff as the worship leader.

Alexandria Kubiak
Alex received her Associates in Vocal Performance from Rend Lake College in 2018. She joined Cornerstone Church of Marion, IL and serves as female lead vocalist on Cornerstone’s worship team. She also works for Southern Illinois Healthcare as a Medical Receptionist.

Daniel Fitzpatrick II
Daniel is a Grammy nominated composer, keyboardist, songwriter and producer from St. Louis, MO. For the past 7 years, Daniel has served as a keyboardist and member of The Journey-Tower Grove. Daniel is also the founder, producer and keyboardist for the inspirational soul and RnB band ‘We Are Root Mod’, also based in St. Louis, MO.

Jonathan Hayashi
Jonathan serves as the pastoral staff at Troy First Baptist Church in Troy, MO and is a Doctoral student at the SBTS (Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) in Louisville, KY. He previously served on staff at Uptown Baptist church in Chicago. Jonathan earned his B.A. and M.A. from Moody Theological Seminary. His most recent book is “Ordinary Radicals: A Return to Christ-Centered Discipleship” (LucidBooks, 2018).

David Higgs
David has served at worship pastor at Dorrisville Baptist Church in Harrisburg, IL for 14 years. He grew up in Mississippi and holds a degree from Delta State University. He has served churches in Mississippi, Texas, Alabama and, now Illinois. David has served IBSA churches through conferences, camps, and church events over the years.

Tony Muñoz
Tony is a missionary strategist from Honduras who served Christ in the music ministry at First Baptist of San Pedro Sula from 1987 until God called him in 2001 to full-time ministry and to New Orleans, LA to study Music at NOBTS (New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary), and then in 2005  to SWBTS (Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary) to begin the M.Div program. Since 2006, Tony has pastored Iglesia Bautista Latina in Effingham, IL building up leaders to plant churches Illinois. He is an active member of the National Hispanic Pastor’s Council for LifeWay, and serves on the Executive Committee on Order of Business at the Southern Baptist Convention.
